I helped create the concept and content for this interactive experience with the international team at MOI-Global. It’s designed to be a fun way for Oracle OpenWorld attendees to quickly gain insight into where they stand in their readiness for cloud adoption.

The journey begins with participants choosing a line of business—Technology, Finance, Customer Experience, or HR. There are universal questions. And there are LOB specific questions.

According to their answers, participants are placed in one of four groups—Explorer, Migrator, Innovator, or Pioneer.

The group categories are calculated according to the answers and give participants an overview of their organization’s cloud-readiness.
The survey ends with an invitation to explore assessments and tools—which offer insights and evaluations on their organizational efficiency,
and how they could prosper and reduce costs with Oracle.

The tools and calculators were available on the show floor and we also created the Acceleration Hub webpage, which offers evaluations
and personalized reports for Finance, HCM, CX and additional lines of business.
