CREATIVE DIRECTION, COPYWRITING, AND SCRIPTING FOR VIDEOS AND WEBPAGES

Named a Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader in UCaaS since 2015. The core RingCentral service is a phone system, and also offers video meetings, team messaging, contact center, and integrations with essential apps.

The Why RingCentral campaign explores the freedom, flexibility, and power SMBs and Enterprises alike experience when they move to cloud communications.

“CAN YOUR BUSINESS COMMUNICATIONS KEEP UP?” – VIDEO

Working with the Content Marketing Director, Content Marketing Manager, and Senior Video Producer we came up with a day-in-the-life series of scenarios for a character that uses the RingCentral system. Read the script >

“WHY RINGCENTRAL” – WEBPAGE

The “Can your business communications keep up?” video was featured on the original version of this page. The revised version features
“Simplified business communications”.

The creation of this page included nearly the entire creative team and took a quarter to hash out. I wasn’t the lead copywriter on this

“SIMPLIFIED BUSINESS COMMUNICATIONS” – VIDEO

Designed to address a wide range of enterprise customers, the internal team and I followed a similar creative process as we did for “Can your business communications keep up?”

We commissioned the Grammy awarded jazz composer Aaron Lington to compose the song “Please Hold” for the video, which was given away as a free download at the Enterprise Connect show.

I wrote the script, worked with the Senior Video Producer on the storyboard. We shot the video on location at Fantasy Studios in Berkeley, Phil’s Coffee, and a private residence.

The video lives on the RingCentral website Integrations Page. I wrote the webpage with another copywriter.
